Now let's put it into practice. We'll take the principles from the Secret and look at where your limiting belief systems are holding you back in your life. Reiki is a Japanese technique for "hands on healing." It promotes relaxation, relieves stress, increases energy and facilitates healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Reiki is taught by the Master passing on the Reiki energy to the student thru 'attunement' or initiation. Level I will connect you with the Reiki energy. This level is used mostly for self development and is a powerful life changing experience that will help you move forward on your spiritual path.
